AutoLab Maintenance SMS Program

The AutoLab Maintenance SMS Program is a vehicle maintenance reminder program. Subscribers who opt in receive account notifications about their reminder subscription and the vehicle maintenance reminders for the service intervals on their account, and, with separate consent, recurring marketing messages about new maintenance guides and seasonal service offers. Message content covers topics such as oil changes, fluid checks, filters, wiper blades, lights, belts, hoses, inspections, and seasonal maintenance. The program does not provide quotes, appointments, repair services, eligibility screening, or referrals.

Each category requires its own separate consent.

You join by checking one or both consent boxes and submitting the form on our subscribe page. Boxes are never checked in advance, and providing a phone number alone does not enroll you. We record the phone number, the categories selected, the consent timestamp, the source page, the disclosure version, the browser user agent, and the IP address where available. Your first message will identify AutoLab Maintenance and confirm the categories you selected.

Frequency varies by category and is stated with each consent option. Account notifications are limited to 6 messages per month and marketing messages to 4 messages per month.

Text STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation that messaging has ended, and no further messages will be sent for that program unless you opt in again.

You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of the United States, and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you submit. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.

We may update these SMS Terms. Material changes to message categories or frequency will be reflected here and on the opt-in page before they take effect.
